Pars Kit (پارس کیت)

Description

Pars Kit is a lightweight, modular plugin for WordPress and WooCommerce. It brings together common tools for Persian sites and Iranian stores, including Jalali dates, Iranian bank gateways, WebP conversion, outbound-connection control, admin activity logs, WooCommerce tools, and SMTP.

Each feature is independent. Enable only what your site needs.

1. Complete Jalali (Shamsi) dates

Pars Kit provides Jalali date conversion across WordPress and WooCommerce, including wp-admin, the storefront, calendars, date fields, and emails.

WooCommerce Analytics reports and date ranges can also be displayed in the Jalali calendar.

Optional Persian digits are available for supported output.

Date conversion is display-only. Stored dates remain Gregorian, so REST data, feeds, and SEO dates remain unchanged.

2. Iranian bank gateways

Pars Kit includes six Iranian bank payment gateways:

• Behpardakht Mellat
• Saman Electronic Payment (SEP)
• Pasargad Electronic Payment
• Sadad (Bank Melli)
• Iran Kish
• Pardakht Novin Arian

Gateways are disabled by default. After enabling one in Pars Kit, configure its merchant credentials under WooCommerce → Settings → Payments.

Classic checkout, Cart and Checkout Blocks, and HPOS are supported.

3. Speed: WebP and outbound connections

Automatic WebP. New JPG and PNG uploads can be converted to WebP to reduce file size. Existing media is not converted. After a successful conversion, the original file is removed.

Outbound connections. Add allowed domains to a whitelist and choose whether the rule applies to wp-admin, the site frontend, or both. Requests to non-whitelisted hosts are blocked.

4. Admin activity log

When enabled, Pars Kit records activity by users with dashboard access in WordPress and WooCommerce, including username, date and time, IP address, event type, target, and details.

Actions made with a WooCommerce REST API key are identified by that key’s description followed by (API).

Logs can be filtered by field and date range. Retention can be set to 7, 30, or 90 days.

5. WordPress and WooCommerce tools

Each tool can be enabled or disabled separately.

• Vazirmatn admin font — a local Persian-friendly font for wp-admin.
• Admin speed — reduces Heartbeat activity and lightens the Dashboard.
• Jalali order date filter — filter WooCommerce orders by a Shamsi date or date range.
• Persian checkout names — requires Persian letters for first and last name on classic checkout and the Checkout Block.
• Hide price when out of stock — on the single product page, removes the price HTML when the product is not in stock.

6. SMTP email

In Pars Kit → Email, you can switch WordPress email from the server’s default mail system to an SMTP server you configure.

This can be used for WooCommerce emails, password resets, and the built-in test email.

Notes

• Do not run another Shamsi date plugin at the same time.
• Do not run another plugin for the same bank while its Pars Kit gateway is enabled.
• WordPress 6.2+ and PHP 7.4+ are supported.
• WooCommerce 8.2+ is supported for WooCommerce features.

External Services

Pars Kit does not send data to its own servers or track visitors.

Optional features may connect to third-party services when you enable and use them.

Iranian payment gateways

Pars Kit’s payment gateways connect to the selected Iranian payment provider through the Shaparak payment network.

Gateways are disabled by default and connect only when enabled and selected during checkout.

Depending on the provider, payment requests may include merchant credentials, order ID, amount, callback URL, and optional customer information such as a mobile number. Pasargad may also receive customer name and email.

Card details are entered on the payment provider’s page and are not collected or stored by Pars Kit.

SMTP (optional)

When enabled, WordPress sends email through the SMTP server configured by the site administrator.

The outgoing email and the credentials required for authentication are sent to that SMTP server. The SMTP provider’s own terms and privacy policy apply.

Pars Kit does not operate an SMTP service.

Privacy

Pars Kit does not send data to Pars Kit servers.

• Activity log: when enabled, administrator activity is stored on your site, including user, time, IP address, event details, and changes. Retention can be set to 7, 30, or 90 days.
• SMTP: the configured SMTP settings are stored on your server and used to send WordPress email.
• Payment gateways: payment requests are sent between your site and the selected payment provider.
• Outbound connection blocker: non-whitelisted outbound requests are blocked locally. No information about blocked requests is sent elsewhere.
